Shipping policy
Return Policy
Customers may exchange their product within 7 business days for a restocking fee of $15.00 (or 15% for orders over $100.00), plus shipping both ways.
Otherwise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, but will exchange your item in the unlikely case of product defect within 7 business days of shipment delivery.

Shipping Policy
We ship within 1-2 business days of order placement, depending on product availability and lead time, 5 days a week. We ship through UPS and USPS for all orders.
Risk Of Loss
Mammoth Electronics is not responsible for shipment after it has been shipped. Mammoth Electronics recommends the buyer purchase insurance for all orders above $100 (Please email sales@mammothelectronics.com to inquire regarding insurance).
International customers are encouraged to purchase a shipping method of USPS Priority International or higher. First Class Mail International is the most cost effective international shipping method but has no reliable tracking number and may take several weeks to months to be delivered. Mammoth Electronics will not be held responsible for late or lost orders that were purchased with the First Class Mail International shipping method.
